《信義》（英語：Great Doctor），為韓國SBS電視臺自2012年8月13日起製播的月火連續劇。由《黎明的眼睛》、《沙漏》、《大望》、《太王四神記》等電視劇的金鍾學導演和宋智娜編劇攜手打造。以恭愍王元年為時代背景，講述高麗時代的武士崔瑩（李敏鎬 飾）和現代整形外科女醫生劉恩秀（金喜善 飾）穿越時空相遇，之後共同輔助造就賢明君王治理天下之過程。
本劇前名《神醫》的劇名是以現代醫生穿越時空來到高麗時代行醫之內容而訂定的名字，然而MBC曾提出此劇與《Dr. JIN》的故事核心設定類似，同是現代醫生穿越時空回到過去與施展醫術，有剽竊的嫌疑。在重新編寫劇本後，比起醫生，劇情更聚焦在武士崔瑩身上，人物佈局也有所變動。因此劇名《信義》比《神醫》更符合故事內容，雖然韓文劇名並無變動，但意思卻相差甚遠。

《廉政英雄》敘述警匪對峙的情節，該劇以檢察官偵破社會重大案件的經過為主。法務部目前已搜集67個案件、27個檢察官故事，其中有多個曾轟動一時的真實重大刑案。
民視節目部經理趙善意說，故事具社會教化意義，愛情元素也不會少，傳達每個人都需要將心比心及尊重別人。他表示，《廉政英雄》比《新兵日記》拍攝難度更高，尤其是追逐、爆破、槍戰場面都需要專業和相關配合，例如槍戰戲的原則是，開槍、槍枝、被打傷的人不能特寫入鏡，大場面戲得拍得亂中有序，考驗導演調度實力。他說，觀眾看慣好萊塢片，但看到最后往往僅是用錢砸出來的特效而已，台灣的警匪劇用情感堆砌。
「廉」劇6月28日正式開鏡，首集單元選擇在高雄取景，對於角色設定被聯想到「痞子英雄」，趙善意說：「絕對不一樣，我們會走出自己的路。」「廉」劇這回和法務部合作，首集將以中南部「飙車」議題為主，趙善意說：「我們將用電影手法呈現出豪華感，會出動重型機車追逐、直升機空拍。」民視初估該集預算將破千萬。
