本劇講述了中國曆史上唯一的女相——北齊朝陸貞的傳奇故事。陸貞出身皇商世家，為躲避繼母的追殺，她參加宮女考試，避入宮廷。宮廷中陸貞刻苦、努力，憑其聰明機智，成為女官，也因為她的善良，打動了儲君高湛的心。但身份地位的差異，注定了這段感情崎嶇坎坷。宮女沈碧的嫉妒、高湛初戀情人蕭喚雲的仇恨、與高湛有殺母之仇的婁太後等所有的陰謀詭計、愛恨情仇一並交織在了陸貞的身上。最終陸貞憑借其果敢與智慧成功的協助高湛戰勝了婁太後家族為篡權發動的一系列陰謀行徑，助高湛即位。最後因陰差陽錯，使得陸貞無法成為高湛的皇後，但幸運的是二人相守至高湛死去。最終陸貞輔佐幼帝高緯，成為了女宰相。

《聽見你的聲音》為SBS自2013年6月5日起播出的水木特別企劃劇，由《Dream High》樸惠蓮作家執筆，《清潭洞愛麗絲》趙秀沅導演掌鏡。電視劇由李寶英、尹相铉、李鍾碩等人主演，講述為了1%存在的國選律師與能讀懂對方心靈的超能力少年之間故事的愉快幻想浪漫電視劇。囊括令人心動的羅曼史、扣人心弦的案件以及爆點十足的人物形象，通過國選律師和擁有讀心術的超能力少年的故事來展現愛情、成長與人間溫暖真情。
李鍾碩此次將飾演超能力少年樸秀河，是一個可以讀懂別人內心世界過著特別人生的高中生角色。李寶英將繼《我的女兒瑞英》後第二次出演律師的角色。《聽見你的聲音》將接檔《我戀愛的一切》于2013年6月5日首播。
