《鄰家花美男》根據人氣漫畫《我每天都偷視他》改編拍攝而成，是部輕松愉快的演繹出現代人“窺視心理”的共16部浪漫搞笑劇。講述了懷著傷痛，封閉自己過著隱蔽生活的“高獨美”（朴信惠飾）在窺視鄰居家時，被年下花美男“安立奎金”（尹施允飾）發覺而展開的一系列故事。
在劇中扮演花美男“安立奎金”的尹施允，自出演《我也是花》之后，多在中國、日本等海外展開活動，時隔一年通過《鄰家花美男》回歸韓國電視熒屏。在該劇中，尹施允作為外貌和時尚感兼備的天才創意總監，追求自由生活，尤為痴迷于足球。如此完美的他隨著走近與世界隔離的“高獨美”，開始心潮起伏，慢慢墜入愛河。
還有女主人公“高獨美”則由通過《你為我著迷》《原來是美男》演繹清純活潑魅力，俘獲眾多粉絲芳心的朴信惠扮演。不走出家門過著隱居生活的“高獨美”以她獨有的奇特魅力，讓鄰居家的花美男們為她著迷。預期會讓女觀眾得到心理滿足，讓男觀眾被她別具個性的獨有魅力所征服。
電視劇《鄰家花美男》的制作商曾推出《花美男拉面館》、《閉嘴花美男樂隊》等多部“花美男系列”作品，並且由丁正化導演和金恩貞作家攜手打造而備受關注。丁正化是通過長篇電影《甜蜜的謊言》出道，在2009年榮獲福岡電影節最佳作品獎的實力派年輕導演，也是打造《花美男拉面館》的領銜人物。還有曾擔任電影《Tell Me Something》、《觸不到的戀人》、《哥哥啊，你好》等多部作品的金恩貞作家擔任編劇而更受期待。
